OUR MOBILE THERAPEUTIC YOGA LESSONS HAS STARTED . WE COME TO YOU AND DEMONSTRATE AND TEACH YOU THE HIGHER YOGA OR THERAPEUTIC YOGA . This is very different from the Church Hall Yoga or the back alley Yoga. Here we teach you the finer points of Yoga and how to embrace it in your daily lives for a healthier, longer and disease free life. Our resident Yoga Ayurveda Physician, Dr Santosh has over 10 years of Clinical experience . Most of the lessons will be chair based so any one can do it in their own office or home.
